The past leadership & representatives had pioneer & steer the vision & mission. The present leadership & representatives improve and innovate the objectives & targets.
I hv always believed in having a 45% (critic team) & 55% (ruling team) for an association to attain integrity, less foul play, one sided story, monopoly, transparency and efficiency results, although some of it are just a made up story.
You must hv a strong opposition to buck up & stay grounded and level up your game. Its up to the members to structure it so that the top management knows profesionalism, ethics and honesty will bring stability, loyalty, consistency and maintain high performance.
Still, winners are winners. Congratulate them and pray all went well eventhough you know whats going on. Smile.
